Lekker smeu\u00efg, hmmm.<\/p>\n<p><i>Ingredi\u00ebnten<\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>300 gr bloem<\/li>\n<li>375 ml niet-melk<\/li>\n<li>50 gr cacao<\/li>\n<li>225 gr suiker<\/li>\n<li>2 zakjes vanillesuiker<\/li>\n<li>1 tl baksoda<\/li>\n<li>1 tl bakpoeder<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tl zout<\/li>\n<li>7 el frambozenjam (met of zonder pitjes, eventueel met minder suiker)<\/li>\n<li>125 ml raapzaadolie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Voor het glazuur:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>40 ml niet-melk<\/li>\n<li>85 g veganistische pure chocolade<\/li>\n<li>60 g poedersuiker<\/li>\n<li>1 el ahornsiroop<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i>Bereiding<\/i><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Oven op 180 graden<\/li>\n<li>Bloem, cacao, bakpoeder en baksoda, zout en (vanille)suiker in kom mengen<\/li>\n<li>Melk in steelpan opwarmen met olie en frambozenjam.<\/li>\n<li>Droge en natte mengsel mengen en in taartvorm gieten.<\/li>\n<li>Circa 45 minuten in de oven.<\/li>\n<li>Laten afkoelen.<\/li>\n<li>Melk tot kookpunt brengen, stukjes chocolade daarin laten smelten. Let op dat het niet te heet wordt. Dan pan van vuur en poedersuiker en siroop erbij. Op de taart gieten en uitstrijken.
